During NASCAR event weekends, lost & found will be located at the track at the Guest Services office near Gate 3. Guest Services will be open when gates open each day and close approximately 1 hour post-race. During non-NASCAR event weekends, lost & found will be located at ISM Raceway’s main office at 125 S. Avondale Blvd, Suite 200. Hours for the main office are 8a - 5p Monday through Friday. Visitors are encouraged to report lost or misplaced articles using the link above. You may also inquire in person or you can phone 866-408-7223. Found items are held for a minimum of 180 days after which time they are disposed of by donating to a local charitable organization. Anyone wishing to claim property at the lost and found area must provide a detailed description of the item, proof of ownership and valid ID or a Driver's License.
