The Lost & Found Department is located at 600 Terminal Drive Louisville KY 40209. Once you have confirmation that your item is available for pick up you can visit between the hours of 9:00AM and 7:00PM, Monday through Friday. Visitors are encouraged to report lost or misplaced articles using the link above.

Found items will be held for a maximum of 60 days.

Anyone wishing to claim property at the lost and found area located in the return area of the garage must present a valid ID and a detailed description of the items. A copy of your rental receipt is helpful.
