The Lost & Found Department is located inside the Rental Car Facility at Logan International Airport 15 Transportation Way East Boston, MA 02128. The hours of operation are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Saturday.

Lost items must be reported using either the link above or by calling 1-855-400-0864. Please include as much detail as possible when reporting a lost item.

Found items are held for a maximum of 60 days.

Anyone wishing to claim property in person must provide a detailed description of the item and valid ID.
